Indian Motorcycle Launch Most Affordable Model In India Called Scout Sixty
Indian Motorcycle has launched the Scout Sixty motorcycle in India, priced at Rs. 11.99 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi). The motorcycle will be available in the market from July 2016 onward.
The Indian Scout Sixty was first unveiled and launched at the 2015 EICMA.
Powering the Indian Scout Sixty is a 999cc, liquid-cooled, V-Twin engine that produces 78bhp and 88.8Nm of peak torque. The power is delivered to the rear wheel through a 5-speed manual gearbox.
The Indian Scout Sixty will the motorcycle manufacturer's most affordable offering in India and around the globe. The Scout Sixty will also have a range of accessories to choose from. The company offers everything, from handlebars to saddlebags, to offer a tailor made motorcycle to the customer.
The Indian Scout Sixty will be available in three colours for the Indian market, namely, Pearl White, Thunder Black, and Indian Red.
Speaking about the newly launched motorcycle, Pankaj Dubey, the Managing Director of Polaris India said, "The legendary heritage of the Indian Scout is carried forward in the all-new 2016 Indian Scout Sixty."
