Polaris Launches Indian Chieftain Dark Horse Cruiser Motorcycle

Polaris India has launched the Indian Chieftain Dark Horse cruiser motorcycle in the Indian market.

Polaris India which sells the luxury American motorcycle brand Indian Motorcycles in the country has launched the Chieftain Dark Horse cruiser motorcycle in the Indian market.

The Indian Chieftain Dark Horse is launched with a price tag of Rs 31.99 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Earlier this month Polaris also launched the Indian Springfield motorcycle in India.

The Indian Chieftain Dark Horse is powered by 1811cc Thunder Stroke engine which produces 73bhp and 138.9Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox.

The new Chieftain Dark Horse comes with various features such as solo seat, tinted power windscreen, ABS, electronic cruise control, integrated premium audio system and remote key fob with keyless ignition.

Polaris India CEO and Director Pankaj Dubey said, "The Indian Chieftain Dark Horse blacked-out styling and powerful Thunder Stroke 111 engine will elevate our rider to the top of the pack."

He also stated that the Indian Chief Dark Horse is already a dream motorcycle to many and the Indian Chieftain Dark Horse takes the Chief family to a new level.
