Honda Traffic Training Park Coming Up In Ludhiana

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India is focussed on creating road safety awareness. The Japanese-based two-wheeler manufacturer is now committed to launching its tenth traffic training project in the country. The Children Traffic Training Park will provide awareness for various ages.

The latest Traffic Training Park will be set up in Model Town, Ludhiana. Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has signed a MoU with the Municipal Corporation of Ludhiana. This will be the very first Children Traffic Training Park in Punjab.

At the signing ceremony were Harcharan Singh Gohalwaria, Mayor, Ludhiana Municipal Corporation. He was accompanied by GK Singh, Commissioner, Ludhiana Municipal Corporation and Ghanshyam Thori, Additional Commissioner, Ludhiana Municipal Corporation.

Also present were Harpreet Singh, Department Manager, Safe Riding Promotion and Training, HMSI and Rajeev Singh, Zonal Manager for sales, Punjab, HMSI.

Currently, Honda has similar training parks in Chandigarh, Jaipur, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Yeola- Nashik, Hyderabad, Indore, and two in Delhi. Within a period of three years, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has trained over 2.6 lakh individuals through their Traffic Training Parks.
