Honda NAVi Two-Wheeler Name Revealed Via Image For India Market
Honda Two Wheelers India is gearing up for the 2016 Auto Expo, just like other manufacturer's. Now the Japanese manufacturer has wished its fans and followers through Facebook in a rather strange way. The manufacturer shared an image with a sentence as follows, 'Happy NAVi Year'.
We believe that this is a message to express its intention of launching a new product that will dominate the market. The new two-wheeler could be a motorcycle or a scooter since it is not confirmed. Honda NAVi could be showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo with launch proceedings following soon.
There are two images on Honda India's official Facebook page. One of them wishes fans, customers, and enthusiasts 'Happy NAVi Year'. The second image is the same only difference is an invitation for all to visit Honda stands at 2016 Auto Expo in Delhi.
A high possibility exists that Honda's NAVi two-wheeler could be a commuter motorcycle. The NAVi is most likely to feature an auto start/stop function. Honda has been planning on launching a commuter bike with the engine start/stop function for a while now in the Indian market.
The engine start/stop function is expected to boost fuel efficiency with great effect. Currently, only Hero MotoCorp's Splendor iSmart boasts of similar features. The Splendor iSmart boasts of 92 km/l fuel efficiency and Honda's NAVi could surpass it.
