Honda Navi Likely To Get More Power; Navi Go
The Honda Navi has received 5000 unit bookings since its launch. The young generation has really taken to the popularity of the Hondo Navi as the most suitable scooter. Now Honda wants to give the Navi more power.
The popular Honda Navi will get a 125cc engine and could be christened as Honda Navi Go, this name has been applied for the trademark to take its name. The current Honda Navi is powered by a single-cylinder 110cc engine, which is the same as the Honda Activa scooter.
The new Honda Navi Go could make its way to the Indian market by the end of this year or early 2017. The new Honda Navi Go's 125cc engine will churn out 8.6bhp at 6500rpm and 10.12Nm of torque at 5000rpm and will be mated to the V-matic automatic gearbox and could do a top speed of 85 kmph. The specifications are the same as the Honda Activa 125, which is on sale currently.
As for the price of the new Honda Navi Go, it will be in the range of Rs. 60,000 ex-showroom, as for the exterior design of the Navi Go, it will remain same as the Honda Navi and could feature disc brakes in the front. A possible digital speedometer and might come in new colours as well, solely targeting the younger generation.
Just as the current Honda Navi, the Navi Go might be offered with a whole lot of accessories as an add on to the scooter and customization will be an option as well.
