Honda Mega Safety Riding Program Organised In Delhi For Soldiers
A two-day ‘Mega Safety Riding Program’ was organised by Honda in Delhi for soldiers. The event was organised on November 10, 2016, at the Army Parade Ground, Delhi Cantonment Area.
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India organised a two-day 'Mega Safety Riding Program'. The program was organised for soldiers of 261 Artillery Brigade. Family members of the soldiers also participated in Honda's Mega Safety Riding Program.
The event was organised on November 10, 2016, at the Army Parade Ground, Delhi Cantonment Area. Honda's Mega Safety Riding Program was inaugurated in the presence of G. Srinivas, Commander 261 Artillery Brigade, along with Manmohan Thakur, Second in Command, 307 Medium Regiment.
Skill up training session was provided to a select batch of soldiers. The soldiers with the special training are expected to share their knowledge with their peers. Several save smart features were also shared with the soldiers to deal with hazardous traffic situations.
A dedicated task force of women safety instructors was also present. They trained women riders how to ride independently within a matter of four hours. Honda also organised an interactive road safety training session for the soldiers family members.
Over 500 individuals took part in the Honda Mega Safety Riding Program. A road safety activity was organised for kids as well. Honda's CRF 50 was used to teach primary children how to ride safely.
