Honda Inaugrates First Children Traffic Training Park In Punjab
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) along with the Municipal Corporation of Ludhiana has inaugurated its first Children Traffic Training Park in Punjab.
The Traffic training park is in the city of Punjab and was inaugurated by Harcharan Singh Gohalwaria, the Mayor of Ludhiana and Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, HMSI.
The new facility will play host a traffic training park that will replicate real-life riding conditions in an organized and secure environment to help riders to learn safely.
The facility will play host to a virtual simulator in which children aged 13 or above will be able to experience the perils of riding in a safe environment before they actually get onto the roads on real two-wheelers after getting their licenses.
For children aged between 9 and 12 years of age, Honda CRF 50 children's bikes will be used to help them understand the basics of safe riding.
Honda will also provide theoretical knowledge of regarding traffic signs and rules along with the correct riding posture.
Honda also started its Dream Riding Initiative at the facility which will help women riders to learn how to ride two-wheelers in just four hours with the help of a dedicated team of women instructors.
