Honda Inaugurates 100th Best Deal Pre-Owned Vehicle Dealership

Written By:

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. (HMSI) has opened its 100th 'Best Deal' pre-owned vehicle showroom in India, three years after the service was started.

The 100th 'Best Deal' dealership for certified pre-owned Honda two wheelers was opened at Jhaveri Honda in Tardeo Road, Mumbai.

Honda added 55 new 'Best Deal' dealerships across the country in the past two years and the certified pre-owned service now operates in 70 cities across 19 states in the country. In three years, Honda's 'Best Deal' serves two categories of two-wheeler buying customers - those who want to exchange their existing two-wheeler for a new Honda, and those who want to buy a refurbished and certified pre-owned Honda 2wheeler.

Those looking to buy a certified pre-owned Honda will be pleased to know that Honda offers two free Services along with six months warranty on any of the certified bikes and scooters which are refurbished using Honda genuine parts.

Speaking at the event, Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd., said, "As a pioneer, Honda introduced the concept of Certified Pre-owned Outlets - Best Deal. This allows us to create more touch-points of interacting with customers and also tap into the huge potential that the pre-owned two-wheeler market offers."

"Our experience shows that the pre-owned industry is evolving very fast. The replacement cycle for two-wheeler has come down from seven to eight years to three to five years in a decade. With shrinking replacement cycle of the two-wheeler industry, Honda sees immense future potential in pre-owned two-wheeler retails and we are aggressively scaling up this business. We aim to double the Best Deal count to 200 outlets in the next two years."
