Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India will now be offering the CB Hornet 160R with more styling options. The Japanese-based two-wheeler manufacturer will be providing optional stripes/decals. Both standard variant and CBS (Combined Braking System) variant can be availed with new stickers.
The standard CB Hornet 160R is priced at Rs. 85,029 ex-showroom (Mumbai). Honda's CB Hornet 160R with CBS will cost Rs. 89,655 ex-showroom (Mumbai). In terms of pricing for the optional stripes/decals, dealerships are expected to price it nominally.
All five colour options available on the Honda CB Hornet 160R will be offered with optional stripes/decals. The Pearl Night Star Black, Pearl Siren Blue, Pearl Amazing White, Sports Red, and Neo Orange Metallic will be available with contrasting and highlighting stickers.
Powering the Honda CB Hornet 160R is a 162.71cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox and produces 15.44bhp, along with 14.76Nm of peak torque output. Honda CB Hornet 160R delivers a fuel efficiency figure of 52 km/l.
The CB Hornet 160R will compete with likes of Yamaha FZ-S, Suzuki Gixxer, and TVS Apache RTR 160 models. Honda's offering is stylish and muscular, it also is bound to attract younger buyers to the brand.
