Hero MotoCorp Raids Fake Parts Sellers — Over 50,000 Materials Seized

help
of
Delhi
Police
on
manufacturers
and
traders
for
fake
parts
and
seized
over
50,000
fake
spare-parts.
In a series of raids conducted on Friday, HMCL under the supervision of the Assistant Commissioner of Police & District Investigation Unit - Central Delhi Police (EOW). as per the orders of district court.
The raided establishments were - Sehgal Auto Spares, AP Auto and Ankur Sehgal Automobiles - all based at Karol Bagh market.
A FIR was also registered and three persons involving in violations to Copyright & Trademark laws crime were arrested by the Police.
Hero MotoCorp has earlier conducted an initiative, Fight Fake, Stay Safe with an aim to ensure the safety of the vehicle and customers who are riding them.
By using the genuine spare-parts provided by the company, not only customers are safe but environmental pollution will also be reduced.
Hero MotoCorp said, "Hero MotoCorp is determined to continue its drive against unscrupulous traders selling counterfeit Hero spare parts and intends to take strict actions against such traders in the future. Original Hero Genuine Parts (HGP) bear the Unique Parts Identification (UPI) code."
