Hero Reappoints Pawan Munjal As Chairman, MD And CEO
Hero MotoCorp Ltd. has appointed Mr. Pawan Munjal as the Chairman, Managing Director and CEO of the company for a period of five years effective from October 1, 2016.
Mr. Pawan Munjal tenure at Hero MotoCorp will come to an end on September 30, 2016. He has been instrumental in the leading the world's largest two-wheeler manufacturer in the highly competitive Indian market and expanding its presence across continents.
Also, to consolidate its leadership, Hero MotoCorp has strengthened its Senior Leadership Team as well. Mr. Vikram Kasbekar will be the Head of Operations & Supply Chain and will be part of the Board of Directors as well.
Ms. Neerja Sharma has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer.

With Mr. Kasbekar's elevation, Mr. Neeraj Mathur, Head of Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain will now report to the CMD and CEO.
