Ducati Scrambler 1200 Spotted For The First Time
The Ducati Scrambler range was a success for for the Italian motorcycle maker and in a bid to take on bigger displacement motorcycles, Ducati has given the Scrambler a new heart — 1200cc.
In Moto has managed to snap a picture of a Scrambler prototype with a 1200cc engine being tested somewhere in Europe. Although the picture does not reveal much, it does give us the basic idea of what to expect.
Ducati has not confirmed that it will launch a 1200cc version of the Scrambler, but expecting one makes perfect sense. Ducati has made quite a mark with the Scrambler brand and a 1200cc version of the motorcycle will cater to those looking for more power.
When the Ducati Scrambler 1200cc does make its debut (hopefully later this year), we can expect the overall design to be the same as the existing models. Until further information about the Scrambler, stay tuned to DriveSpark.
