World Ducati Week commences from July 1, 2016, at the Marco Simoncelli circuit in Misano, Italy. It also marks Ducati's 90th anniversary and is expected to be a huge celebration. Two new models are expected to be unveiled at the event.
The Italian superbike manufacturer is most likely to unveil a 90th Anniversary model. At this moment, Ducati has done an excellent job of not revealing the model which the special edition will be based upon.
The very first Scrambler Reunion is also scheduled to be held at the 2016 World Ducati Week. There is a high possibility that the second model being unveiled is an all-new Scrambler. The Ducati Scrambler is the company's top-selling product and a new addition will only improve sales.
Rumour has it that an 1100cc Scrambler is on the cards by Ducati. The 1,078cc L-Twin engine from the Monster model is most likely to be used. Ducati Engineers would be re-tuning this engine to make riding more effortless with the Scrambler frame.
When Ducati launched the Scrambler, they had a huge promotion and launch campaign. Surprisingly, Ducati has not revealed even a teaser image this time around. The Italian superbike manufacturer is keeping its secrets very close to its chest.
