Datsun India is showcasing the popularity of its redi-GO model. The Japanese-based manufacturer has managed to deliver 300 units in an entire state. This time, Datsun the redi-GO hatchback was delivered to customers in Rajasthan.
A special delivery ceremony was organised for customers. Keys of the redi-GO were handed over at the Nissan and Datsun dealership in Rajasthan. Datsun launched the redi-GO in the Indian market during June 2016, and deliveries commenced soon after.
Recently, Datsun India delivered 50 units of the redi-GO to customers in Kollam, Kerala. So far, the Japanese-based manufacturer has witnessed over 10,000 bookings for the redi-GO in India. Customers can book the vehicle through the Datsun redi-GO app, which has witnessed over three lakh downloads.
Currently, Nissan and Datsun have 227 dealerships in the country. The Japanese-based manufacturer plans on inaugurating close to 300 outlets in the near future. Sales and service is very important in the country and with 300 dealerships Nissan and Datsun will cover 90 percent of the country.
