Can Binder Get His Hands On The Moto3 Crown?
Brad Binder, the young South African could lay his hands on the Moto3 crown at Motorland Aragon GP. In order to do that, Binder must win the race or come second at Aragon. If he finishes third or lower and his closest challenger Enea Bastianini wins, then he has to wait.
Binder now has a lead of 106 over Bastianini. Bastianini would have to win the remaining 5 races and Binder would have to suffer a DNF. Last year Bastianini did begin from pole at Aragon but then he crashed out on the last lap, also taking out Binder with him.
No one riding in the current Moto3 class has ever won in Aragon. The rider who came closest to in 2015 is Jorge Navarro. The Spaniard is very much capable of doing it. Navarro was just been pushed down to third in the championship standings by Bastianini after he suffered a DNF in Misano. Navarro's Chances of winning the Moto3 title is very narrow. Navarro should win the remaining rounds and Binder would have to suffer DNF in every single one.
Moto3 races are always fun and exciting to watch. The Aragon GP will be more exciting and the question is very simple, will Binder be crowned as the Moto3 world champion?
