had
grabbed
the
attention
of
Indian
motorcyclists
since
its
appearance
at
the
2016
Delhi
Auto
Expo.
Even though the exact launch and delivery dates are still unannounced, a new video of the G 310 R on Indian roads has surfaced on the social network.
Shown in the video is a production ready version BMW G 310 R is Strato Blue Metallic colour.
The G 310 R will be manufactured in Hosur, Tamilnadu at the new facility set up by the TVS - BMW joint venture.
The "Made In India" BMW G 310 R will be catering other markets such as Europe and South East Asia.
The BMW G 310 R comes with a newly developed 313 cc single cylinder. The new engine can produce 34 bhp and max torque of 28 Nm.
The bike is expected to be priced below Rs. 3 lakh, making it a more severe contender in the segment ruled by the KTM Duke 390 and Mahindra Mojo.
