Bajaj Auto To Begin Deliveries Of V From March 23 Across India
Bajaj Auto recently launched the V motorcycle in the Indian market. The all-new motorcycle bears a price tag of Rs. 62,000 ex-showroom (Delhi). Now the Indian-based two-wheeler giant will commence deliveries of the V to customers as early as March 23, 2016.
Surprisingly, the ex-showroom pricing of Bajaj V does not include several vital accessories that otherwise included. The crash guard, saree guard, and pillion grab handles are add-ons and customers have to shell out additional amounts for them. The rear seat cowl is also optional and part of the V motorcycles accessory.
So far, Bajaj Auto has received an overwhelming response for their V motorcycle. The dealerships have converted the response to approximately 3,000 bookings within a short period. All of this has been achieved by Bajaj within a month, which is great news.
The V motorcycle from Bajaj is powered by a 149.5cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. This engine produces 11.84bhp, along with 13Nm of peak torque and is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Braking force on the motorcycle is provided by a disc and drum brake combination.
Bajaj is offering the V motorcycle in only two colour options, Ebony Black and Pearl White paint schemes at this moment. The V motorcycle enters an all-new premium executive segment in the country.
