Bajaj Auto Delivers Total Of 3,29,833 Sales In July 2016
Bajaj Auto has managed to sell a total of 3,29,883 units during July 2016. This constitutes of domestic as well as exports, along with two-wheelers and commercial vehicle sales. The Indian-based manufacturer has managed to experience close to no profit no loss in July.
During July 2015, Bajaj Auto sold 1,43,671 units in the Indian market. They witnessed a growth of 21 percent by selling 1,74,324 motorcycles. Bajaj Auto exported only 1,11,2013 two-wheelers in July 2016, witnessing 20 percent decline as in July 2015, they exported 1,38,762 units.
Commercial vehicles witnessed a growth of eight percent in domestic sales. Bajaj Auto sold 23,698 units in India during July 2016, as compared to 21,879 units sold in July 2015. Exports witnessed a dip of 21 percent as Bajaj exported 20,608 units in July 2016 and 25,928 units in July 2015.
In total, Bajaj Auto witnessed a growth of 20 percent during July 2016. Two-wheeler and commercial vehicle sales stood at 1,98,022 units. Exports overall, saw a decline of 20 percent with 1,31,811, units exported. Bajaj Auto has thus witnessed a no profit no loss situation in July 2016.
