Yamaha Motors Inaugurate Two New Dealerships In Bangalore
Continuing on an aggressive network expansion drive to reach out to its vast customer base in a more effective manner, Yamaha Motor India today, inaugurated two new dealerships in Bangalore, Karnataka.
One out of the two, will work under the banner of ‘Sunil Mehta Marketing Private Ltd' and is located at 8th Mile, Tumkur Road, Bangalore, Karnataka. The dealership covers an area of 5700 sq ft area for both sales and service.
Further, the second dealership inaugurated in Bangalore, ‘Laxmi International' is located at Bannerghatta Road in Karnataka. The same will be spread over an area of 6000 sq ft area for both sales and service. Masaki Asano, Managing Director and Mr. Roy Kurian, Vice President-Sales & Marketing, Yamaha Motor India Sales were present for this event.
These showrooms are designed to provide a complete gamut of Yamaha's offerings and exhibits an entire range of bikes and scooters from Yamaha including its latest offering 125cc Saluto.
The new dealerships come in the backdrop of Yamaha Motor India Sales' strong performance last year with a 23 percent sales growth despite a sluggish market.
Yamaha had recently launched its new style icon ‘Fascino', a scooter designed especially for the Indian youth. The Indian youth today represents more than 50% of the population in India. These are people who are fashionable, adventurous and like stepping out of conventional boundaries and set new standards.
On the other hand Yamaha's latest 125cc Saluto is based on the concept of "Economical & Practical Indian Family Motorcycle".The new model is the lightest vehicle in the 125cc class and has been developed as a family-use motorcycle.
The Saluto offers one of the best fuel economy in the 125cc class with a full array of practical functions and boasts of a mileage of 78 kmpl. With the launch of Saluto the company certainly hopes to further strengthen its foothold in the 125cc mass segment.
