Tusker Harley-Davidson Bangalore Ride To Celebrate The Joy Of Giving
There is no better time in a year to share the joy of giving and sharing, if not Christmas. That is exactly what the Tusker Harley-Davidson Bangalore chapter did — organised a ride to the Little Sisters For The Poor, to give and share.
The Little Sisters Home For The Poor takes care of the elderly, who are above 65 years old. They are well taken care of and offer facilities like individual rooms with attached toilets, garden, courtyard, and laundry service.
The impoverished elderly are given services like medical camps, meals as per their religious customs, special diets, occupational therapy, and much more. The aged poor are taken care of with a homely atmosphere, and the organisation is administered by Mother Superior.
The Aged poor from any caste or religion are welcome here with warm hearts, which inspired the bikers from the Bangalore Chapter to pay them a visit. The riders wanted to give back something to the society, which has taught them a lot.
Also, this is not the first time the Tusker Harley Bangalore Chapter has organised such a ride. The Riders have ridden for multiple good causes like this earlier and they will do so for a long time to come. This special ride to the Little Sisters For The Poor saw a lot of bikers and their families participate.
The H.O.Gs (Harley Owners Group) from Bangalore organised this ride on December 12, and gave away Christmas gifts to the residing elderly people and also organised lunch for them, as well as the staff.
The Little Sisters For The Poor 'Home For The Aged' is located at 26, Hosur Road, Richmond Road, Bangalore, Karnataka.
