Royal Enfield Ends 2014 On A High Note In Terms Of Sale
Indian two-wheeler manufacturer of cruiser motorcycles, Royal Enfield has gone through a major change this year. It was the very first time that they modified their logo, since the new millenium begun. This move was made to keep the brand fresh as its buyers are evolving.
Royal Enfield so far has had a very successful 2014 and would like to end the year on a high note. They have released their sales report for December, 2014. The Indian two-wheeler manufacturer has reported an increase of 48 percent over December, 2013.
Domestically the manufacturer sold 28,179 motorcycles, compared to the 19,067 two-wheelers it sold in December, 2013. This is an increase of 48 percent and is a healthy sign for Royal Enfield.
In terms of export for December, 2014 the Indian manufacturer sold 455 units, compared to 245 units in December, 2013. This is a huge benefit of 86 percent and is expected to grow in the following months as well.
On the whole Royal Enfield has witnessed growth of 48 percent in rather tough conditions. In December, 2013 they managed a combined sale of 19,312 motorcycles. The Indian manufacturer has managed to sell 28,634 units in December, 2014.
Royal Enfield is among the best manufacturers that interacts with buyers of its motorcycle. They organise several rides and events for its fans and owners. They were also present at Progressive International Motorcycle Shows throughout the United States of America. The Indian manufacturer had displayed its entire range of motorcycle from the Bullet 500 to its Continental GT.
