Video: Montesa Introduce 4RIDE, A Street Legal Trial Motorcycle
Montesa, the Spanish subsidiary of Honda Motorcycle has come up with the 4RIDE motorcycle, a street legal trial bike. The 4RIDE marks Montesa's 70th anniversary. The Spanish motorcycle maker hopes to reach out to a much wider audience with the 4RIDE.
The Montesa 4RIDE features a headlight, turn indicators, larger fuel tank (4.4-litre), under seat storage, and a tail lamp. Powering the street legal trial motorcycle is a 258.9cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine, mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The gearing has been revised to make the motorcycle to be ridden on the road.
The 4RIDE also features long travel suspension that is adjustable, and wider handlebars to suit riders of all ages and experience. The high ground clearance makes the 4RIDE a capable off roader as well.
Although there no spec details of the motorcycle, it is evident that the 4RIDE is light, making it a fun to ride motorcycle. The 4RIDE street legal trial motorcycle could be prices around USD 8,040 (Rs. 5.31 lakh).
