Kawasaki To Bring Z250SL To India At A Sub INR 2,00,000 Price Tag
Kawasaki is all set to take India by storm after launching its flagship motorcycle Ninja H2 here. They now will be bringing their most humble offering to India in the form of Z250SL.
The Z250SL is a naked street fighter that has been developed by the Japanese manufacturer. Kawasaki is keen to introduce this product for masses and is expected to price it under INR 2,00,000 ex-showroom.
Here are the technical specifications of Kawasaki Z250SL:
- Engine: 249cc single cylinder
- Horsepower: 27.62
- Torque: 22.6 Nm
- Gearbox: 6-speed
- Cooling system: liquid cooling
- Safety: ABS optional
It looks similar to its older sibling Z250, which is a twin-cylinder motorcycle. Downside of that motorcycle is the exuberant price tag, which this single cylinder motorcycle will not bear.
Currently Kawasaki does not offer any single cylinder motorcycle in India. The Z250SL is set to change all of this by being the manufacturers most affordable motorcycle.
The Japanese manufacturer is planning big things for 2015 by introducing three more motorcycles. These include Kawasaki's Vulcan S cruiser, Ninja ZX-6R supersport and Z250SL naked street fighter.
