Kawasaki Most Likely Working On New ER-7 Range Of Motorcycles
Kawasaki currently offers the ER-6n and ER-6f motorcycles across the world. The Japanese manufacturer plans to revamp its line-up of products to keep them fresh and relevant.
Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer could be working on new models like ER-7n and ER-7f motorcycles. These models are expected to replace the ER-6n and ER-6f mainly due to a change in emission norms.
Both motorcycles are expected to receive visual and mechanical updates. Kawasaki is planning to introduce both motorcycles during 2016 and is most likely to be offered in India as well.
Engineers are expected to use the same twin cylinder engine, however, this time instead of a 649cc engine they will provide a 700cc mill. Kawasaki will extract more horsepower from it, along with more features.
They could include ABS, traction control and several other features, thus increasing value proposition of both motorcycles. Pricing will play an important role in the success of both these motorcycles.
Additional power and safety features will surely boost the sales of Kawasaki northwards. The ER range of motorcycles is very popular in European markets and has a strong presence in Asian markets as well.
