Honda recently showcased its all-new RC213V-S motorcycle. This motorcycle has been developed using information from Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa's MotoGP race machines.
The Japanese manufacturer has decided that this MotoGP bike for street use will run at Goodwood Festival of Speed. This popular hillclimb run will be held from 26th to 28th of June, 2015.
Recently Honda offered Casey Stoner a lap of honour at Catalunya GP prior to the race. The Australian rode RC213V-S and explained that there was little to no difference to the MotoGP bikes he has been testing for HRC.
Casey Stoner was a little upset that he did not get a chance to really push this motorcycle, however, it will be great to see his performance at 8 Hour Suzuka endurance challenge.
Honda will commence booking for its RC213V-S from 13th of July, 2015. They will offer a regular street-legal motorbike and an optional track only kit, which boosts its performance.
There is no news who will ride the RC213V-S at Goodwood Festival of Speed. We are sure it will be an iconic rider for Honda, it is highly possible for Mick Doohan to ride this motorcycle.
