Hero MotoCorp announces that they have sold over ten lakh two-wheelers during the 2015 festive season. They have managed to sell ten lakh units in a span of 35 days. The festive season in the Indian market commenced from Navratri to Diwali.
A growth of approximately 11 percent is achieved compared to last year's festive season. Hero MotoCorp has once again proved it is India's number one two-wheeler market. They also are the top manufacturers of motorcycles and scooters in the world.
Recently, Hero MotoCorp launched two new scooters in the Indian market: the Duet and Maestro Edge automatic scooters. Both scooters are built from the ground up by Hero MotoCorp and target new scooter buyers in the country.
Also on offer is an extensive lineup of motorcycles from Hero MotoCorp stables. The Splendor Pro once again attracts a majority of sales during the 2015 festive season in the country. Hero MotoCorp confirms that Glamour and Passion Pro have also contributed significantly.
The Pleasure and Maestro scooter that were launched a while ago in India. They too have recorded decent sales during the 2015 festive season. Hero MotoCorp's main market is India, and they plan on introducing new products and refreshing their current range of motorcycles to keep up with the demanding market trend.
At the upcoming 2016 Auto Expo in Delhi, the company is expected to introduce several new products and a close to production ready model of the HX250R.
