BMW Recalls C600 Sports Scooter Series Over Brake Line Issues

BMW Motorrad has recalled 1,953 C600 and C650 scooters in the United States over issues with the brake lines.
The issues occur when riders lock the handlebars or when perform tight maneuvers, which could cause the brake hose near the fork to give in to stress. According to BMW, this could cause the front brake line may develop cracks and even leak.
However, fixing the issue may take a while until BMWare able to repair the defective units as replacement parts are not be expected before February 2016.
