Bajaj Selling More Pulsar RS200 With ABS In India Than Regular Model
Indian two-wheeler manufacturer, Bajaj Auto recently launched its next generation of products. This included their Race Sport and Adventure Sport models within its Pulsar range.
One of the most anticipated launches in India has to be their Pulsar RS200, fully-faired motorcycle. They launched it in two versions with single channel ABS or without ABS in all.
Safety is a major concern as most of the buyers of RS200 are young or first time motorcycle owners. The ABS variant has been priced slightly higher than the model without ABS.
Here is the pricing of Pulsar RS200 by Bajaj Auto:
- Pulsar RS200 without ABS costs INR 1,18,500 ex-showroom, Mumbai.
- Pulsar RS200 with ABS costs INR 1,30,268 ex-showroom, Mumbai.
Now Bajaj confirms that despite the price difference between both models. Pulsar RS200 ABS is selling same amount of models like the regular model. This means that more and more people are opting for the bike with more safety.
Pulsar RS200 is the very first fully-faired motorcycle ever built by the Indian manufacturer. Currently the model is on sale in select cities and is doing exceptionally well as Bajaj expected.
