Bajaj Avenger Cruiser Motorcycle Launching On 27th October
Bajaj Auto has confirmed that the Avenger, cruiser motorcycle will be launching on 27th of October 2015. They have not revealed too many details, and as always, would like to surprise us as well as its customers. The Avenger was due for an update, a long time ago in India.
The Avenger will be offered with two engines, a 150cc and a 200cc single cylinder option. Bajaj is also expected to offer both motorcycles in two variants as well. They will be providing the Avenger in Street and Cruise trim variants, both will differ from each other to a slight degree.
Powering both Avenger 150 and Avenger 200 will be the same engine that is used in Pulsar AS150 and AS200 models. Bajaj engineers will retune these engines to make them more compatible for cruising purposes.

In terms of design, Bajaj would not be altering its Avenger to a great extent. Subtle design changes will be provided to appeal to a mature audience. Bajaj is expected to provide matte and omit glossy paint jobs, which was common on the previous generation Avenger.
Pricing will be key for Bajaj and they rarely go wrong at this stage. We expect impressive pricing for both products in the country. The Avenger 150 is expected to be within Rs. 75,000 and the Avenger 200 could bear a price tag of sub Rs. 95,000 ex-showroom.
Stay tuned for more updates of Bajaj Avenger motorcycles, as we will be present at the launch event. We will be providing live updates and images of the new Avengers from the event live.
