Bajaj To Launch Avenger 150cc In Street & Cruise Models
Bajaj is all set to launch the Avenger 150cc in a street and cruise variant. The Indian manufacturer will be launching the cruiser with two engine options: 150cc and 200cc. Previously, the Avenger was available only with a 220cc engine.
Powering the Avenger 150 will be the same engine that carries out duties in the Pulsar AS150. The engine is a single-cylinder 149cc engine, and being mated to a 5-speed gearbox, will generate 16.8 horsepower and 12.5Nm of torque. However, Bajaj could retune the engine to suit the cruiser variant.

Details
For now, we do not have enough details on the Avenger 150cc and 200cc models. Both, the Avenger 150 and 200 will receive similar design and styling cues; the only difference will be the engine capacity and output. Bajaj will be opting for matte colour options with subtle graphics, which will appeal to a mature audience.
The overall design of the Avenger will not change, and will maintain its classic and cruiser motorcycle image. Bajaj will provide the motorcycle with new alloy wheels, exhaust system, instrument console, and new colour options.
Bajaj Auto will be aiming to launch the Avenger 150 and 200 prior to Diwali in the Indian market. The Indian two-wheeler manufacturer will be pricing the Avenger 200 in the sub Rs. 1 lakh range. And the Avenger 150 is expected to be priced at Rs. 75,000; making this motorcycle the most affordable cruiser in the country.
