Triumph India has been in India for a while now, when they first entered the manufacturer got its entire range. The British two wheeler wanted to offer all of its products at once, thus offering a wider range to its fans.
They had only not launched its Scrambler in India, which is based on their popular Bonneville model. There were rumours of Triumph preparing a quarter-litre motorcycle, which fizzled out soon. However, they have now confirmed to launch a new motorcycle on 18th September, 2014.
Triumph India has not confirmed though, which of its new model will be coming to India. They are creating a bit of suspense with the new model. All they have told us is to Stay Tuned as a new member will be added to their family on 18th September.
From the picture provided we expect Triumph India to launch a cruiser motorcycle. They currently offer Bonneville, Bonneville t100, Thruxton, Street Triple, Speed Triple, Daytona 675, Daytona 675 R, Tiger 800 XC, Tiger Explorer, Thunderbird Storm and Rocket III roadster.
Triumph offers Indians Completely Knocked Down units as well as Completely Built Units. They are pushing at assembling more of their motorcycles in India, thus lowering costs. The British motorcycles range from INR 5,94,225to INR 20,85,000 ex-showroom, Mumbai.
We will have to wait and see as to what Triumph gets to India on 18th of September, 2014. So stay tuned as we will provide you with information regarding their newest addition. However, we are most certain it would not be a quarter-litre motorcycle.
