Royal Enfield At An All Time High In June
Royal Enfield recently introduced new paint schemes and a new logo for its cruiser motorcycles. In the month of June the Indian based manufacturer has reported positive sales figures. They managed to sell 25,303 motorcycles in both domestic and export markets. They have grown by 83 percent compared to 13,806 motorcycles it sold in June, 2013.
Royal Enfield which is part of Eicher Motors has credited its Oragadam manufacturing unit for the increase in sales. The facility has been manufacturing approximately 10,000 motorcycles every month. These number will surely help the Indian manufacturer in both domestic as well as international markets. There is a huge demand for the iconic bikes, however, they were being affected due to low production capability.
The brand is concentrating more towards more modern and appealing motorcycle buyers. With the introduction of their new Thunderbird series of 350cc and 500cc models, which has attracted more younger buyers towards the Indian cruiser.

Royal Enfield has gone to great extents to provide a more premium feel to their classic models by introducing more colour options. They have also introduced a new Royal Enfield emblem that looks more prestigious than the earlier emblem. They have been also working hard on making their machines more reliable.
To further promote the Royal Enfield brand to the youth, the Indian cruiser manufacturer has launched a new website. They are attempting a fresh start and the new logo symbolises this fact. Since the inception of Royal Enfield took place the brand has used the old logo, to portray a more modern avatar they have changed it and we like it more.
