Ronax Launches Its 500cc Two-Stroke Motorcycle
We had earlier informed of you of Ronax preparing a two-stroke machine that will be sold in limited numbers. Back then there wasn't much news about the motorcycle other than it being somewhat close to the bike that Italian rider Valentino Rossi rode.

The teaser images of the Ronax 500 resembled the Honda NSR 500 very closely, which also was a two-stroke MotoGP bike. The German manufacturer has finally launched its bike and we can get our first glimpse of the new machine.
The Ronax 500 will sport a 500cc, two-stroke, V4 engine and will be capable of producing 160 horsepower. The bike uses two stroke technology, it bears all modern technology underneath the sheet metal body. The engine block will be made of aluminium and will feature two counter rotating crankshafts.

The Ronax 500 is advertised as the race bike for streets - there is an issue though as many countries consider a two stroke machine to be polluting and inefficient. However, if your country permits you to buy a new two-stroke machine, you should surely go for it.
The bike will sport all modern goodies like fuel-injection and engine maps that improve sport and rain condition riding. It will also sport an electric starter and four mufflers made out of kevlar and carbon-fibre. The Ronax 500 will sport an Ohlins suspension system, Brembo brakes and body fairing made of carbon-fibre.
The German manufacturer has not confirmed the weight of the Ronax 500. We believe it will be lighter than any super sport bike you have ridden. If you want this bike you will have to hurry as only 46 of them will be manufactured. The Ronax 500 will cost USD 1,36,460 which roughly translates to INR 80,85,937, this makes it highly exclusive.
Most of us being in India will never get to see this bike in person, so we have a treat for you. Below is a video of the motorcycle in action, so if you are a two stroke lover, you are sure to enjoy it.
