Piaggio Vespa To Launch Elegante In September

Vespa has gained momentum with its stylish new products. The Italian based manufacturer is famous for its elegant and classic designed scooters. The brand has a strong presence in India and would like to increase their product offering in India.

The Italian manufacturer currently offers three models in India. The first is a Vespa, while the remaining two or variations of it, they are called the Vespa VX and Vespa S. Piaggio has also launched a limited edition model called the Esclusivo.

Piaggio and Vespa plan to launch their fourth product in India and is being dubbed as the Elegante. Presuming from the scooters name, we believe it will be more stylish. It is expected to sport a classic and elegant design with all the modern technologies to make it smooth and easy.

The Italian manufacturer is expected to offer the same 125cc air cooled engine in the new model. The scooter engine produces 9.91 horsepower, along with 10.6 Nm of peak torque. The scooter will sport a Continuous variable Transmission.

The Elegante will borrow design cues from Vespa's international product lineup. The scooter will feature a unique triangular headlight. The Elegante by Vespa will have loads of chrome embellishment around it. The style quotient of Vespa's new scooter will be high and will atract those who want to stand apart from a crowd.

Vespa will offer its scooter with disc brakes as a standard feature. It will also sport tubeless tyre, which will improving grip and stability. The Italian manufacturer will also offer multi-spoke alloy wheels. It will be available in Blue, White and Yellow paint schemes.
