Hero To Sell 12 Million Vehicles In Coming Six Years
India's largest seller of two wheelers Hero MotoCorp. had a wide variety on display at the 2014 Auto Expo, held in New Delhi. The automobile giant has confirmed plans for its global expansion. They will introduce Indian motorcycles in Brazil and Columbia soon.
Hero MotoCorp. has parted ways with former Japanese partner Honda and have been on a solo mission. The Indian manufacturer has had no trouble and has partnered with American sports bike maker Erik Buell Racing.
Now the Indian two wheeler giant believes it can achieve selling 12 million vehicles in the next six years. Hero MotoCorp. wishes to be the number one two wheeler manufacturer in terms of sales globally. They have already commenced the building of its new facility in Columbia.

The Indian two wheeler manufacturer is planning on setting up its sixth local facility. With the introduction of its new facility Hero MotoCorp will be able to churn out 12 million motorcycles with ease. Currently they are setting up their new facility in Gujarat. The sixth facility is supposed to come up in south of India.
Hero MotoCorp. has an impressive line up of motorcycles to be launched. They have revealed their Hastur, HSX250R, along with several new scooters. They have also launched a new TV commercial in which, they say they are working on diesel and hydrogen powered motorcycles.

The success of Hero MotoCorp. is hugely credited to its Vice Chairman and MD, Pawan Munjal. He strongly believes the Indian brand can achieve selling 12 million two wheelers in a span of six years. He also believes most of its sales will come from international markets.
