Hero MotoCorp had showcased various bikes at the recent Auto Expo held in New Delhi. Since then everyone is awaiting the launch of their new range of scooters and motorcycles. The Indian manufacturer is also successfully expanding its network across the globe.
Their new product showcased has created a buzz among their fans. The Indian manufacturer has used this momentum and are reporting growth of 30 percent. They have sold over 6,00,000 units in September, 2014.
In September, 2013 Hero MotoCorp managed to sell 4,68,670 units, when compared to 2014 it is an increase of 30 percent. The Indian manufacturer has achieved the 6,00,000 figure only twice previously. Once in October, 2013 and then in May, 2014, they sold 6,25,000 and 6,02,000 units respectively.
The festive season has commenced in India with Navratri and will be followed by Diwali. Hero MotoCorp is reporting of achieving 1.7 lakh retail sales from 25th to 30th of September, 2014. They are witnessing growth of over 15 percent and are expecting it to further improve.
The Indian manufacturer will be extending its support in Golf. Hero MotoCorp will be the title sponsor of World Challenge tournament. The golf tournament will be hosted by Tiger Woods Foundation at the Isleworth Golf and Country Club at Orlando, United States of America.
The event is being called ‘Hero World Challenge' and will be hosted during the first week of December, 2014. Several top level golfers are expected to attend the tournament. It will be a great platform for Hero MotoCorp to promote themselves as an international manufacturer.
Hero MotoCorp has lined up ten new product to be launched, which includes refreshed models along with new variants as well. The Indian manufacturer has all this planned for the festive season. This sure to excite customers and we wonder if the Hastur or HX 250R could be launched so soon, we will have to wait and watch.
