Ducati Reveal Their 2015 Scrambler In Germany
Italian manufacturer of well sculpted motorcycles, Ducati, has been teasing us for a while now with their Scrambler project. They had earlier revealed to us the crate and was showcased to the employees of Ducati factory.
There were various speculations and spy images of the Scrambler. However, Ducati has finally revealed its motorcycle to all in Germany. The Italian marked its unveil on another historic achievement, Ducati has won the 2014 German Superbike Championship.
Claudio Domenicali, CEO of Ducati Motor Holding, expressed, "This year Intermot is especially meaningful for Ducati, Ducati continues to grow steadily as it has done for several years now. The last 12 months confirm this positive trend with a growth over 5% compared to the previous ones, a new sales record."
He also said, "I'm also particularly proud to be celebrating, here at Intermot, Ducati's historic win in the German Superbike Championship where the performance of the 1199 Panigale R has allowed us to take both the Constructors and Riders title - thanks to the prowess of Xavi Fores and Max Neukirchner."

Ducati Scrambler: Models
The Ducati Scrambler will be available in various style options. The Italian motorcycle manufacturer is offering ICON, URBAN ENDURO, CLASSIC and FULL THROTTLE. Each motorcycle has its own individual colour and characteristic.
Ducati Scrambler: Engine
Ducati will be providing their Scrambler motorcycle with an oil/air-cooled, L-twin 803 cc with two valve engine. It will be capable of producing 75 horsepower and 68 Nm of peak torque, thus delivering a smooth revving engine. The Italian manufacturer has also provide its motorcycle with aluminum heat and belt covers.
Ducati Scrambler: Equipment
Ducati have given their Scrambler a retro look, however, underneath it is up to date with modern tech. It gets LED light-guide, LED rear light with diffusion-light, LCD interment console and under seat storage with USB socket. Brembo brake calliper with ABS as standard and Kayaba single rear shock absorber.
Ducati Scrambler: Design
Ducati have given their Scrambler a retro look, it is reminiscent of their earlier bikes. However, the mix and play with modern touches is a great job. The paint and use of aluminum across the bike is a great attention to detail overall the bike is more of a statement by Ducati, we believe.
Ducati Scrambler: Price
The Scrambler ICON costs INR 5,24,438 and it is the most affordable in the range. The URBAN ENDURO, FULL THROTTLE and CLASSIC Scrambler by Ducati cost the same at INR 617041. These prices are direct conversions of American prices and we are not sure if Ducati Would offer the Scrambler in India.
