Ducati Sales Report March 2014
Ducati had an impressive sales record in 2013 second half. They have continued their success into the month of March 2014. The Italian superbike manufacturer has recorded an astonishing 483 bookings in the month of March in UK alone.
The increase in sales when compared to March 2013, seen a leap of 60%, which is great for the Italian bike maker. The major contributors were their new models 899 Panigale and Monster 1200. They played an important role in achieving the rise in sales.
"Obviously, it is very satisfying to see motorcyclists endorsing the desirability of our new models and, indeed, the entire range," explains Ducati UK Managing Director, Tim Maccabee.
He further added,"I think that more and more are recognising the work we have done to deliver high quality, innovation and value in our motorcycles in addition to the excellent sales and service provided through our network of professional Dealerships around the country."
The sales prove that Ducati has a strong bike offering and are much more desirable to modern bike lovers. Thanks to Ducati TriOptions, owning your dream superbike is much more easier. The finance scheme offers low deposits as well as easier monthly installments.
Director of Sales at the Ducati factory in Bologna, Roberto Righi explains,"We are delighted with current trend in the UK for Ducati and with two British stars riding Ducati on the world stage with Cal Crutchlow in MotoGP and Chaz Davies in World Superbike."
He also added,"I think we have combined sport-oriented interest with a great and accessible model line-up."
We would love to see Ducati getting more affordable models, to Asia. They should also get a mid-size power pack bike, which would be appreciated by the Asian customers.
