Brough Superior Introduce Two New Models At 2014 EICMA
English two-wheeler manufacturer Brough Superior has been in existence since They were popularly known as the Rolls-Royce of motorcycles. In the early years each and every bike was made by George Brough and his Brough Superior work.
As you all know the 2014 EICMA motorcycle show was held in Milan, Paris recently. Several manufacturers flaunted their new and upgraded offerings. Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Aprilia, MV Agusta, Moto Guzzi and many more showcased interesting motorcycles.
Brough Superior could not shy away from this opportunity and showcased two new models. At 2014 EICMA show the English based manufacturer revealed its SS100 in two variants. In the previous year they had showcased a chrome finished edition.
In 2014 Brough Superior has come out to showcase its SS100 in Black and Titanium options. The motorcycles have been designed by Thierry Henriette, who is the founder of Boxer Design from France. He explains both the models will be available next year, in the second half of 2014.
The manufacturer claims they have received an overwhelming response at 2014 EICMA motorcycle show. Brough Superior have confirmed their new motorcycles will cost INR 48,73,374 excluding taxes. The English manufacturer explain they have already received confirmation of 70 bookings.
The motorcycle will be powered by a V-twin 997 cc engine, which has been developed by Brough Superior themselves. The manufacturer have provide its Black version with a high gloss paint job, along with several other parts painted black.
The Titanium model sports a steel and titanium components for chassis, while the frame gets a titanium texture. Brough Superior also showcased a single vintage model of theirs at 2014 EICMA. They had kept a sofa in place so people could relax and admire their masterpiece.
