Gearless Scooters From Yamaha

The Japanese auto giant Yamaha is launching the gearless scooters in India soon. The move comes after a feasibility study made by it for preferred model and the launching occasion and sensing the potential, said its National Business Head of India. He further said the company will enter the segment with exciting product range into the market which has great demand. He could not specify the actual launch time of the product except that the company has good background in technology and product in the scooter segment.

Yamaha has great potential in gearless scooters than the motorcycles in the Asian market. Though he declined to assert the facility of manufacturing the scooters it is assumed that the existing facilities in India -in UP and Haryana -will take care of it. He asserted that amidst the strong global market for the gearless scooters, Yamaha intends to enter the Indian market.
