Here is a hardworking thief whose persistence to steal a racing bicycle off a car rack who should be probably given credit.

The video shot from the car's back window, reveals this thief attempting to steal a $2,200 racing bike off a car rack, while the car is still moving. First, he gives it a try; however, with the traffic light change, the car drives off on Tower Bridge Road in central London.

That does not change the thief's mind, he pursues on his possible less costly bicycle, and it's a persistent chase until the car stops once again, he starts trying to steal the bicycle once again. He leaves his bike in the process and keeps risking his life trying to steal the bicycle before the car drives off.

The racing bicycle owner's girlfriend Chloe, who was driving the car, told the website Come On England!: "From what I could see, the bike was still attached - so I decided to carry on because I knew he wouldn't be able to keep up with the car. He tried to chase us for quite a while before giving up."
