The Idea first struck Amandeep two years ago, when he was still in college. He thought of building something unique with wood and with his father, a carpenter with 45 years of experience and none with automobiles, built this car.
The car took two and a half months to build, and every bit was done in a makeshift garage at home. The car is made of teak wood and the drivetrain and mechanical parts are off a Maruti 800.
