‘Shwet Ashwa’ Will Use TVS Apache RTR Along With Royal Enfield For Republic Day Show
The military team is trained by TVS and Team Balance Point (professional stunt team) to use the Apache motorcycle.
The preparations for the Republic Day parade are in full swing and India celebrates its 68th Republic Day this year. India's Republic Day Parade is one of the largest events in the world. Indian Army, Navy and Air Force will gather at New Delhi to put up a great show.
Among the thrilling performance done by the soldiers, one of the most notable is the motorcycle stunts. But for this year, the stuntmen will use machines which are purely Indian in its heritage and development, and that indigenous motorcycle is TVS Apache RTR 180.
The motorcycle stunt team of the Military Police is known ‘Shwet Ashwa' and this is for the first time the team will be using another motorcycle rather than Royal Enfields to do a performance on the Republic Day.
The team will do a jump with TVS Apache RTR 180 through the rings of fire and balance on a single wheel. A stable of four Apache RTR 180 ponies ridden by Shwet Ashwa will do some more gravity-defying stunts on the occasion.
The military team is trained by TVS and Team Balance Point (professional stunt team) to use the Apache motorcycles. We have to wait till tomorrow to witness what Shwet Ashwa will do with the TVS ponies. The team also holds a Guinness World record and has also showcased their skills at the Asian Games.
