Paul Walker’s Father Files Case Over Car Collection Worth Two Million
Popular actor from car movie franchise Fast and the Furious had recently passed away. He was involved in an unfortunate incident that killed him and his friend Roger Rodas. Over a year has passed since the accident occurred.
The actor was driving in a Porsche Carrera GT with his friend in the passenger seat. Their vehicle caught fire after the supercar lost control and crashed into a tree. They, however, could not escape from the vehicle and lost their lives subsequently.
Even after their death the family is in dispute over an issue. Paul Walker's dad has filed an official complaint against Roger Rodas family. The complaint pertains to exotic cars that are stored at a facility, which was owned by Paul Walker and Roger.
The facility was named AE Performance and is situated in California. There are several exotic super cars under the roof and is being claimed by Paul Walker's father. It is estimated that the total value of these vehicles stands at two million dollars.
On the flip side Rodas's family claims that the vehicles were under company ownership. They had earlier decided to settle this matter behind close doors and personally. Now, though both families will be entering a courtroom to resolve the dispute.
Paul Walker was shooting for Furious 7, when he tragically passed away. His brothers have been used as body doubles to complete the film in his honour. Furious 7 has been scheduled for 26th of March, 2015 and could be the last instalment of the franchise.
