Modifications are common when it comes to automobiles. It is done to either boost performance, or the vehicle's overall looks. Very rare do we come across modifications that help boost looks and performance — here's one.
It is a Bajaj RS200, the company's flagship motorcycle that comes with a full body fairing. The modification done on the motorcycle is its exhaust system – the original side mounted can has been ditched for a twin under seat system.
The modification was carried out by Mumbai based Mark Performance Racing Exhaust. The new exhaust system is based on the stock exhaust, but is finished in stainless steel and aluminium.
There is no figures as to if the new exhaust system has given the RS a boost in performance, but the stainless steel and aluminium mix would have surely helped. A stock Pulsar RS200 generates 24.2bhp and 18.6Nm of peak torque.
Think it sounds great? You can get in touch with Mark Performance Racing Exhaust who charge Rs. 10,000 for the full exhaust system. It also comes with a one year warranty.
