Dubai Tuner Turns Nissan Patrol Into Backseat Driven Car
Backseat driving is a universally hated practice, which many drivers suffer from. It is that irritating act by a co-passenger sitting in the back seat constant instructing the driver about how to drive. But in this case that term can used to literally describe the car.
It is a modified Nissan Patrol SUV in which the controls, steering, foot pedals and everything, is center mounted and shifted to the rear seats. The person who came up with this crazy idea is from a United Arab Emirates based auto tuning shop, King of Customs. No one says why they actually did what they did. Guess the person had a mother who constantly disapproved of his driving skills, encouraging him to literally turn the SUV into a backseat driven vehicle.
While the car runs perfectly, as demonstrated by the person who made it in the video below, it is understandably not the safest car to drive. Visibility being one of the primary reason. We don't think the car will be driven much though. It seems more like an attention grabber, simply made to impress customers visiting the tuning house. Take a look.
