Drag races or quarter mile races are one way to prove who is best or who has the faster vehicle. In the modern era, cars have become faster. Really fast.
Many car makers are bringing in technology and developing cars to an extent where they are literally trying to prove their worthiness with faster things like fighter jets.
Racing with fighter jets is not new. Lamborghini and the famed Bugatti Veyron have done it as well. But every such race gets a person on the edge of his seat, just for the pure adrenaline rush that is involved.
In this video, we see a Challenger SRT Hellcat take one of America's well known fighter jets, the F-16.
The Challenger STR Hellcat is equipped with a 6.2-liter, turbocharged HEMI V8 engine that produces a peak output of 707 horsepower and 874 Nm of torque.
The Challenger's challenger, well, has a thrust output of 32,500 pounds, and is capable of reaching top speeds of up to Mach 2!
