On Sale: 1974 Volkswagen Beetle With Just 90KM On The Clock
Finding a good old car these days which have run little is quite rare these days. That's what makes this Volkswagen Beetle special. A 1974 model Volkswagen Beetle is on sale which has done just 90km on the meter. The car is practically brand new.
The car was owned by a senior citizen, who had never owned a car before and was not very keen on driving one either. He eventually ended up buying this Beetle and used for a few kilometers and stored it away in his barn.
The pristine condition Beetle still has it's sales invoice, papers, original tyres, and the oil the car originally came with. The car also has a neat bodyline (no dents) and all that was needed was a thorough cleanup.
The Volkswagen Beetle will be auctioned at Silverstone Auctions and experts say that the car could fetch anywhere around 35,000 to 40,000 euros. That is good enough for a shiny new car.
