17-Year-Old Mowed Down By Out Of Control Mercedes In Delhi
The Mercedes driver fled immediately after the accident, and no arrests have been made so far.
Atul Arora, a 17-year-old boy, died on the spot after he was mowed down by a speeding Mercedes-Benz in Miawali Nagar, Delhi on March 5. The boy was riding a scooter when a speeding Mercedes lost control and rammed into the two-wheeler. The bystanders rushed the boy to the hospital, but later he was announced dead.
The Mercedes driver fled immediately after the accident, and no arrests have been made so far. The police have said that they have started the investigations and are working on tracking down the accused.
"We are examining the CCTV footages of nearby roads to get evidence and to identify the driver who is at large now," a senior police officer said.
According to sources, the police officials have identified the Mercedes which was involved in the accident with the help of CCTV footage.
