Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Feliz Anniversary Edition
Its not yet official, but images of brochure of special edition Maruti Ertiga, Feliz, are been doing the rounds. The images tell everything one needs to know about the special edition Ertiga, except the launch date.
The reason behind the launch of the special edition Ertiga is its first anniversary. Maruti Suzuki launched the Ertiga MPV an year ago understanding buyers need for a compact MPV. Due to the lack of any direct competitor and Maruti's own reputation the Ertiga has been doing extremely. Even with the appearance of rival models the Ertiga has remained unfazed.
The popularity of the Ertiga is made that much more evident by the fact that even in overseas markets such as Thailand and Indonesia the Maruti Suzuki MPV has performed beyond expectation. This has even led to Suzuki forming a partnership with Mazda, which has lead to the latter selling the Ertiga under its own badge.
The best part is, the Ertiga Feliz anniversary edition is not just another one of those hollow special editions, but brings with it more than just a few body graphics and leather seat covers.
The theme of the Ertiga Feliz is Silver and the colour features in everything from the body colour to the trims. There are the silvered coloured front grille, fog lamps & ORVMs and matching body graphics, both on the sides and rear. A rear spoiler completes the exterior upgrades. The image shows alloy wheels, but it has not been mentioned.
Moving on to the interior, the brochure lists, "Interior styling kit", back pocket organizer, steering wheel cover, seat covers with car pillow featuring the 'Feliz' name, new door sill plates and floor mats. The Ertiga Feliz will even get reverse parking sensor with digital display.
Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Feliz special edition package will be available with the VXi and VDi variants and will cost Rs 20,000 more than the regular models.
